Christmas Eve babies =)

Babies, babies everywhere on Christmas Eve. All of the cousins had a baby this year (Heidi and Ryan couldn't make it this year =(... we missed you guys!!). The first baby is Evan (Erin's son) born on Sept. 25, Hayden (Danielle's son also my nephew) born on Sept. 26, and Wyatt born on Oct. 12. I think it's going to be so much fun to see them together as they get older and every Christmas trying to get a picture of the 3 of them. They all were so cute on Christmas Eve all dressed up! Wyatt didn't like being squished in the chair with the other 2 boys so he bailed out of the pictures due to crying but the boys in the matching outfits were so cute together! =)

Christmas Eve cousins

All of the cousins had lots of fun running around and playing together. Avery is the one in gray and black (Erin's daughter) and Hannah is the older girl in the plaid skirt (Danielle's daughter). The babies will be explained in the next post. All of the kids looked so adorable all dressed up! Avery, Dakota, and Emma enjoyed eating a yummy lunch together. =)

These smiles are priceless!! =)

I gave Wyatt a bath tonight and he was looking so cute so I grabbed my camera. He gave me some of the biggest smiles. He just melts my heart and he's just so darn cute if I do say so myself. He's almost 2 months old. =( I'm sad because I've just enjoyed having him sooo much! He's such a blessing to me and his smile just makes my day and I hope it makes your a little happier too!! =) Smiles from Wyatt to you!! =)

Emma's 2nd Birthday =)

We celebrated Emma's 2nd birthday on the 5th. I can hardly believe she's 2! We had a fun day. She got to open her gifts in the morning (that's her new baby doll) followed by a yummy breakfast of pancakes and sausage (she LOVES sausage). A tradition in our family is whenever it's your birthday you get to eat off of the "You Are Special" plate (made by me in 2005). Emma went sledding with all of us too (those pics to come) in the wonderful 3" of snow we woke up to. What a special girl to get snow on her birthday.

I love the picture of her with the birthday princess hat (her expression is so funny). She loved the BIG bunch of balloons daddy brought home for her. She had so much fun running around the house playing with them all. We had a great day followed by pizza and pasta just for her and the cake. Emma had a fun filled 2nd birthday! =)

Thank you for all of the birthday calls to Emma! She loved hearing from her family and having "Happy Birthday" sang to her many times during the day! =)

Emma's birthday cake =)

I made Emma a Blue's Clues cake for her birthday this year. She loves Blue's Clues (almost as much as Dora but that will be at her party in Jan.)!! She loved her cake and I gave her a look at it before dinner and wow was that a mistake because she cried for like 15 minutes because she couldn't have a piece. She wasn't sure what to think when we sang happy birthday to her. She got over that quickly and started clapping and singing along (very cute) with us. She tried to blow the candles out but daddy ended up giving her a little help. The cake was very tasty as you can see by her blue mouth. We had a great cake time! =)

First Smiles! =)

I took these adorable, happy, smiley pictures of Wyatt last week. He's smiling all the time now and I'm so glad to finally capture some of them on film. He's a sweet baby and it just makes all the stress of a day melt away when he gives me one of his sweet smiles. I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as I have!! He'll be 8 weeks old on Friday... wow where has the time gone???

1st Thanksgiving dinner =)

We enjoyed our 1st Thanksgiving dinner on Sunday afternoon with David's family (they are traveling out of town this year on Thanksgiving). I took these adorable photos of the kids before the meal. I love the picture of Dakota and Emma because they usually aren't this close and cute together (they tend to fight a lot). This is Wyatt's 1st Thanksgiving (I always do the baby's 1st (holiday) bibs) and I do have so much to be thankful for this year especially these 3 little ones. Happy Thanksgiving to all! =)

Here's my sweet little lobster Wyatt! His first Halloween is here and he's just the cutest little lobster. It may be tempting if you love lobster like I do but please don't eat him! Kisses and hugs and lots of love is o.k.... =)

Wyatt... 2 weeks old =)

I can hardly believe Wyatt is already 2 weeks old. Wow how the days just fly by with 3 young children. Wyatt is the sweetest little baby! He hardly ever cries which is such a blessing because Emma was a VERY fussy baby. He's sleeping well and eats a lot!! He had his first doctor's appointment on Thursday and I'm happy to report he weighed
9 lbs. 1 oz. (passed his birth weight of 8 lb. 13 oz.) , 20 1/2 inches long, and is one healthy little boy. I just love to hold him and stare at his cute little face. It's such a good feeling to have such joy overflowing from my heart for this little baby. He's truly a blessing sent from God for us to love! =)

Dakota carried the BIGGEST pumpkin =)

Dakota loved running up and down the pumpkin patch trying to find the biggest pumpkin. He finally found it and lifted it with all his strength to show mommy and daddy that he could indeed lift it. He also enjoyed picking out gourds. He had so much fun with his sissy too. Now he just can't wait to carve the pumpkins this weekend!! =) Happy Halloween and Happy Fall to all!! =)

Emma loves pumpkins =)

I took so many cute photos of the kids at the pumpkin patch I just had to share more of them with you. Emma loved to carry the little pumpkins and put them in the wagon. She also enjoyed riding in the wagon. She got a bit tired doing so much walking but daddy gladly carried her around the patch. She took a tumble in the gravel (big ouchies on her face) but it didn't stop her from having fun picking out a few gourds before our time at the patch ended. She looked so cute in her little pumpkin shirt too. =)
